To ensure clarity and minimize potential disputes, we conduct a thorough examination of each project using a detailed scope document.

However, please note that our cancellation and refund procedures do have certain limitations:

Cancellation Request: Clients can request to cancel a specific service by using our cancellation form on our website after 5 to 7 days of entering into a service agreement.

Holiday Restrictions: Keep in mind that due to the limited availability of discounted services during certain holidays like Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day, cancellation requests for specific services may not be honored during these periods.

This policy remains in effect even if the cancellation request is made within the first 48 hours. Failure to make subsequent payments within seven working days from the due date will result in service termination.

Refund

Our refund policies are tailored to the distinctive nature of each service we offer:

Completed Services:

Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided for services that have already been completed. This is due to the diverse allocation of resources and efforts at different stages of a campaign.

Administrative Fees and Installation Costs:

Refunds are not available for administrative fees or installation costs.

Taxes:

Any taxes imposed by regulatory bodies and collected as part of fees will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions Violation:

In the event of a violation of our terms and conditions by a client, we reserve the right to cancel their service without issuing a refund.

Exemptions for Same-Day Delivery:

Refund policies do not apply to same-day delivery services. In instances of delays or interruptions caused by third parties, reimbursements cannot be provided. Typically, refunds are processed and anticipated to reach clients within five to seven(5-7) business days after the initial payment is validated.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies as they allow us to maintain the integrity of our services and provide you with the best possible support. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within a timeframe of 5-7 business days after the initial payment validation.
